- Our FallShowcase is coming up fast. If you have not already done so, please let us know if you are going to perform in that event so we can create the skating order. For each program we need to know how many skaters in the program, their names, and how long is the song. There is no charge to skate in this event.
- Morning Freestyle - There are now morning freestyle sessions at Aspen at $18/hr on Mon, Wed, and Fri. They start at 6:30 and run until 8:30. To make it work best for everyone Aspen management agreed that your hour will begin at whatever time you get there. This is because all the skaters start school at different times and travel different distances.
- Membership Renewal - We are coming up on the membership renewal date March 1st. We will have applications available at our skating sessions and we will also post them on the web.
- Stars on Ice - We had a great time at Stars on Ice. I hope everyone enjoyed the trip. Personally I thought it was a great show and the bus ride was fun for the kids. It was great that we were the only club that at the warm up session. I was great to have that time with the skaters. We should definitely plan anther trip in the future, perhaps Champions On Ice or a Competition like Skate America.
